Atheer Aljassar, our Office Coordinator, a mother of three beautiful children, is a highly motivated Iraqi refugee who is committed to giving back to the community. She is fluent in Arabic and English and is a fast learner.
Rosbel Brito, our Health Coordinator, studies medicine in Venezuela, were she developed excellent clinical experience. After her medical school, she had the opportunity to work as the medical director of a primary care center in an undeserved population in the Venezuelan coast. Besides that, Rosbel has more than 9 years of medical experiences including a residency in OB/Gyn in Venezuela were she had an outstanding performance and demonstrated great leadership qualities that led her to become chief resident in 2009. is working as a for CHAT.
Fatema Shipchandler, a Tutor at CHAT, is a pre-med Nutrition student at the University of Houston. On campus, she is involved in community-based research through Houston Academy. Additionally, she is the Creative Care Executive Chair in the organization ‘Honors in Community Health’, through which she conducts alternative health workshops for students. In her down time, she enjoys hiking and going on road trips with her family.
